GDT Dental Implants provides a lifetime warranty on all its implants and undertakes the responsibility to replace, free of charge, any implant or abutment manufactured by GDT Dental Implants, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Warranty Policy.
This lifetime warranty reflects GDT Dental Implants’ long-term commitment to product quality, clinical reliability, and customer satisfaction. The warranty is intended to support dental professionals with clear conditions for product replacement in defined situations.
Scope of Coverage
The GDT Lifetime Warranty applies to GDT Dental Implants products manufactured by GDT Dental Implants, subject to the terms of this policy.
The warranty may apply in the following cases:
- Verified implant defects.
- Implant rejection when related to the product itself.
- Implant fracture.
- Product contamination as received in the original packaging.
- Failure of an implant or abutment manufactured by GDT Dental Implants, provided that the failure meets the conditions defined in this Warranty Policy.
When a complaint is reviewed and approved under this Warranty Policy, GDT Dental Implants will provide a replacement product in accordance with the warranty terms.
Warranty Eligibility
This warranty applies only to the original purchase and only to the original purchaser of the product.
The warranty applies to implants and related products purchased directly by clients or distributors from GDT Dental Implants or from an authorized GDT Dental Implants distributor.
The warranty applies only to implant procedures carried out by qualified professionals, including dentists, oral surgeons, physicians, and dental technicians, within their professional scope.
This warranty is strictly limited to the product itself. It does not extend to any additional clinical, surgical, laboratory, restorative, patient-related, or professional costs.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- GDT Dental Implants does not compensate the professional*, the patient, or any other person or entity for any additional cost or expense arising in connection with the failed implantation process.
- To receive the benefits of this warranty, the professional* must have used surgical and prosthetic tools and components correctly.
- The professional* must have performed the implantation process in accordance with GDT Dental Implants’ instructions for use, clinical protocols, recommended procedures, and product handling requirements.
- The product must have been stored, handled, and used in accordance with the applicable product instructions, handling guidelines, and storage requirements.
- The professional* must ensure that the patient complies with generally accepted standards of good oral hygiene.
- For implants, oral hygiene maintenance examinations twice a year are recommended.
- GDT Dental Implants is not obliged to provide any benefits under this warranty with respect to any GDT Dental Implants product if the failure was caused by physical trauma, as claimed by the patient.
- The warranty is limited to replacement of the product only.
- No other warranties, expressed or implied, exist beyond the conditions defined in this Warranty Policy.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a request for compensation under this warranty, the professional* is required to send a complete product replacement form or complaint report, together with the failed product and all other components used by the professional*, within 60 days after the occurrence of the failure.
The complaint report must include all relevant product and case information, including:
- Product details.
- Batch or lot number.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Clear photos of the implant, abutment, packaging, or other relevant product components, when applicable.
- Relevant clinical documentation describing the issue.
- Any additional supporting documentation requested by GDT Dental Implants or its authorized distributor.
In the case of implant failure or implant fracture, an x-ray image of the patient taken prior to the insertion of the failed implant must also be attached.
Before submitting the implant and any other items used in the treatment, all products must be properly sterilized.
Warranty Claim Procedure
If you believe a GDT Dental Implants product may fall under the lifetime warranty, please follow the procedure below:
- Obtain the complaint report or product replacement form from your GDT Dental Implants representative, customer service, or authorized GDT distributor.
- Complete the complaint report with all required product details, batch or lot number, case information, and a clear description of the problem.
- Attach supporting evidence, including photos and relevant clinical documentation showing the defect, fracture, rejection, contamination, or other reported issue.
- Submit the full documentation set, together with the failed product and all other components used in the treatment, to GDT Dental Implants or to your authorized GDT distributor.
- GDT Dental Implants will examine the reported product and review the submitted documentation and supporting evidence.
- If the complaint is approved, GDT Dental Implants will issue a replacement product according to the terms of this Warranty Policy.
Intended Use and Handling Requirements
The GDT Lifetime Warranty applies only when the product has been:
- Used strictly according to the applicable instructions for use.
- Placed and restored according to GDT Dental Implants’ protocols and recommended clinical procedures.
- Stored and handled in accordance with product handling and storage guidelines.

Warranty Validity
If the client agrees to and complies with the provisions of this Warranty Policy, the warranty will remain in effect for a lifetime.
If the client violates any of the provisions listed in this Warranty Policy, the warranty will become void.
Application of Warranty
The warranties provided under this Warranty Policy are exclusively for the benefit of the treatment provider and not for the benefit of any other person or entity.
This Warranty Policy applies to GDT Dental Implants and all of its official distributors.
