Ordering
All purchases on the website require registration of a personal account. When registering, please specify your exact delivery address, e-mail address and phone number. In order to purchase on our website, select your desired items, enter required dimensions, quantity and click on the “Add to cart” button. After you complete your selection, click on the “Shopping Cart” button and you’ll be taken to a page where you can see selected items, change quantity and see the total cost of your order.
After confirmation of selected items and verification of delivery address, choose a payment method and complete the purchase procedure. After that, a letter to confirm purchase and order details comes to your e-mail address. Please check all e-mail folders (Inbox, Spam, folder Updates and other)
Payment
Our online store accepts payments by the following credit cards, without any processing fees: American Express, Visa, MasterCard.
We also accept payments made via PayPal and ApplePay.
If you have any issues with conducting payments, please make sure your credit card service provider enables online transactions.
All payments conducted on this website are protected by the SSL certificate.
Order Processing
GDT Dental Implants dispatches same-day deliveries on all our orders. Before dispatching the order to our shipping couriers, we meticulously check all the items and the correctness of the shipping address. It is very important for us to allow you to choose for yourself the exact items you requested, however if we do not have a specific ordered item in stock, or if the order itself isn’t correct, we will contact you via email, WhatsApp or phone call to clarify the details and offer alternative products if needed.
Once the order has been checked and approved, and does not require any further clarification, the order will be dispatched and shipped with the selected shipping courier by the client, we will provide a tracking number accordingly. Make sure to check all your email folders (Inbox, Spam and Social) during the 1-3 business days following your purchase to ensure you received the tracking number correctly.
Shipment & Delivery
GDT Dental Implants dispatches shipments with three couriers:
standard shipments via International Israel Post, and express shipments via DHL and UPS shipping service.
Make sure to review the following terms and conditions with regards to our Shipment & Delivery Policies:
• Please make sure to enter your correct shipping address, email and contact phone number. In case of a reshipment of the order due to receiving an incorrect address when placing the order, the additional shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• GDT Dental Implants does not have any control over the postal services of destination countries.
• Any customs fees, when applicable, will be paid by the customer.
Being aware and knowledgeable of customs taxes and regulations, regarding the importation of goods into a destination country, are the buyer’s responsibility. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Returns & Exchanges
We will provide full instructions regarding where to send your returned/exchanged item(s). Please note that GDT Dental Implants exchanges or returns products only within the original packaging, which are undamaged and in good condition.
You should send the product(s) within 60 days of receipt. Exchanges may take up to ten business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods.
