I’m the Customer Success Manager at GDT Dental Implants, where I lead our support and service initiatives to ensure our clients enjoy a smooth, professional experience from order to delivery. I work closely with our sales and logistics teams, respond to client inquiries, and take pride in making sure every customer feels supported, understood and valued.
I’ve been with GDT for over 6 years. My focus is client engagement - I love turning challenges into solutions and building strong, long-term relationships with professionals around the world.
What motivates me most is knowing that our work helps clinicians restore smiles and confidence to their patients. I approach every interaction with integrity, patience and a solution oriented mindset. Whether it’s resolving a time sensitive delivery issue or assisting with a technical request, I stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly to get things done.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about fashion, exploring new cities, pilates and spending quality time with my family and friends. I’m always up for a good meal and a great flight deal.
