The EVA Implant is engineered for quick and straightforward driver insertion with a friction fit, enabling secure pick-up from the package to the implantation site. Inside the package, the implant is securely stabilized within a sterile titanium tube for retrieval, installation, and subsequent restoration, we recommend using our advanced grip driver to ensure smooth procedures. Once placed, the driver can be easily removed.

The GDT EVA Implant is designed with a reverse-tapered neck and platform switch to maximize bone and soft tissue volume. Its cylindrical-conical shape, combined with precise threading, annular microgrooves, and microthread design, ensures top-tier performance and durability.

Additionally, the implant features a symmetrical double-lead thread design that enhances stability and load distribution, streamlining the installation process without sacrificing effectiveness. The expanding blades at the base of the GDT EVA Implant provide a secure fit with self-tapping and sealing capabilities. This innovative feature ensures optimal stability, reduces the risk of micromotion, and supports reliable osseointegration for long-term success. Furthermore, the EVA Implant offers a new range of diameter selections, providing additional solutions to meet diverse clinical needs.


GDT implants are made from Titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V ELI, a material renowned for its exceptional properties. This alloy combines a low specific weight, high strength-to-weight ratio, remarkable corrosion resistance, and outstanding overall biocompatibility.

Distinguished by its similarity to Ti-6Al-4V, Ti-6Al-4V ELI sets itself apart with reduced levels of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon, and iron. ELI, denoting "Extra Low Interstitials," contributes to enhanced ductility and improved fracture toughness in the material.

The success of Ti-6Al-4V ELI is particularly evident in the fabrication of dental implants, underscoring its reliability and suitability for such critical applications. GDT implants, crafted from this advanced alloy, offer a combination of strength, durability, and biocompatibility, ensuring optimal performance in dental implantation procedures.



RBM Surface Treatment Technology:

RBM surface is rough and hydrophilic. 
This surface treatment is designed to roughen the implant surface without leaving the residual embedded blast particles or debris in the treated substrate. 
To gain the desired roughening the implant is blasted with suitable hardened particles of Hydroxyapatite (beta-tricalcium Phosphate, Alpha Tcp, TTcp, and Calcium Phosphate (CPP) and then subsequently dissolved from the surface with a defined passivation treatment.
Surface roughness between Ra 1.2 - 1.5 is consistently achieved.
The result is a rougher implant surface than traditional acid etches treatment providing a greater surface area for osseointegration, improved retention characteristics, increased biological fixation, and maximizing implant-to-bone contact.

The shape of the implant is made for simple and secure work and improving the osseointegration level. 
The RBM surface treatment is made to improve the healing process and tissue growth around the implant, with no worries of abruption or disintegration.
