GDT Dental Implants provides a lifetime warranty on eligible dental implants manufactured under the GDT brand, subject exclusively to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions set forth in the official Warranty Policy.
Where applicable and approved by GDT, the warranty is limited to replacement of the qualifying implant or related GDT-manufactured component in cases such as verified manufacturing defect, implant fracture, contamination in the original sealed packaging, or another qualifying product-related failure that meets the policy requirements.
Warranty coverage does not replace clinical judgment, proper case selection, professional handling, or compliance with accepted dental protocols. Return policy
We will provide instruction on where to return/exchange your item(s). Please note that we can exchange or take back goods only in original packaging without any damage. You should send the product(s) within 60 days of receipt. Exchanges may take up to 10 business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods.
Full Refund if you don't receive your order. If you do not receive your purchase within 30 days, you can ask for a full refund before order completion.
