Our aim is to deliver products that seamlessly integrate with the needs of our valued clients and their patients, as we strive to leverage the latest technological advancements to provide solutions that are not only well-fitted, but also highly useful and effective.
Titanium Dental Implants
All GDT implants are produced from Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI), a high-performance alloy widely used in dental implant manufacturing. Its combination of low weight, high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility makes it well suited for long-term clinical use.
The Extra Low Interstitials (ELI) specification reduces the levels of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon, and iron in the alloy, helping improve ductility and fracture toughness. These properties support the production of strong, durable implants designed to perform reliably under repeated functional loading.
Multi-Stage Cleaning & Surface Preparation
Surface technology is another important area of development. GDT uses advanced implant surface treatments, including SLA and RBM, to create controlled surface roughness intended to support bone to implant contact and osseointegration. Surface quality and cleanliness are examined using analytical methods such as scanning electron microscopy, X ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and energy dispersive X ray spectroscopy.
