All dental implants featured in this website are manufactured and marketed under the GDT Dental Implants brand.

GDT Implants provides life-time warranty on all their implants, and undertake the responsibility to replace, free of charge, any implant or abutment manufactured by GDT Implants, under the terms and conditions which are specified as follows:

1. GDT Dental Implants do not compensate the professional*, or patient, with any additional cost or expense arising in connection with the failed implantation process.
   
2. To receive the benefits of the warranties, the professional* must have used surgical and prosthetic tools and components correctly, and have performed the implantation process according to the GDT Dental Implants instructions.
   
3. The professional* has ensured the patient complies with generally accepted standards of good oral hygiene.
   

For implants, oral hygiene maintenance examinations twice a year are recommended.

GDT Dental Implants is not obliged to supply any benefits under this warranty with respect to any GDT Dental Implants product, if the failure was caused by physical trauma as claimed by the patient.

To present a request for compensation under this warranty, you are required to send a complete product replacement form, accompanied with the failed product and the other components used by the professional, within 60 days after the occurrence of the failure.

In the case of implant failure or fracture, it is required to attach an x-ray photo of the patient prior to the insertion of the failed implant.

Before submitting the implant and all other items used in the treatment, it is necessary to ensure that all products are sterilized properly.

If the Client agrees to, and abides by the provisions of this warranty, the warranty will remain in effect for a lifetime. However, should the client violate any of the provisions listed above, the warranty will be void.

Application of Warranty:

The warranties give under this Warranty Program are exclusively for the benefit of the treatment provider and not any other person or entity.

This Warranty Program applies to GDT Dental Implants and all of its official distributors.

With every purchase, you will be asked to choose your preferred delivery service provider, and we will take care of the rest.

Once your payment is processed, it takes 1 to 2 business days to dispatch your shipment.

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your country or region:

We kindly remind you that, according to our policy, it is the buyer’s responsibility to double-check the shipping address entered during checkout and ensure it is correct before placing an order.

We always strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, which means there is only a limited timeframe to make any necessary corrections to the shipping address.

If you believe you entered an incorrect address or made any other mistake in the shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We’re here to help.

International shipments to certain countries may be subject to additional customs charges.

GDT Dental Implants cannot predict the exact amount of these charges, as they are determined by the carrier and by the laws and regulations of the destination country.

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying any customs charges incurred, and GDT Dental Implants does not cover these expenses.

To avoid unexpected charges, we strongly recommend reviewing the customs policy and applicable import fees of the destination country before placing your order.

Don’t worry if your shipment is slightly delayed, especially during holidays or weekends when postal and delivery services may not be operating.

In some cases, customs clearance procedures may also add to the delivery time.

However, if you notice a significant delay or have any trouble tracking your order, please contact us. We’ll be happy to help.

GDT Dental Implants is committed to processing and dispatching your order as quickly as possible, leaving no room for delays.

As such, cancellations are time-sensitive and should be handled promptly.

Cancellations for full-priced items, made within 60 minutes after the order has been placed, are processed with no questions asked.

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, we are here to assist you. Please contact us and fully describe your cancellation request.

If you received a malfunctioned item, or it's the wrong size or product, don't worry, we've got you covered!

You have 60 days from the time you receive your item to contact us for a solution. If it's our mistake, we'll even pay for the return shipping.

Please make sure that the returned item is undamaged and comes with all its original accessories in the original packaging.

Once we receive and process the returned item, we'll notify you via email about your refund.

Or, if you prefer, you can reach out to our customer support team, and they'll be happy to help you out - just make sure to prepare your order number when you call.

If you fail to claim your shipped order or refuse delivery, you will be charged for the original and return shipping charges, so please make sure to accept your delivery!

Don't forget to get a return authorization before sending your item back to us for a refund/exchange.

Exchanges may take up to 10 business days to process after we receive the returned item's tracking number.

Compensation Time-Frame

Please note that we need 1-4 business days to process your request after we receive your item(s).

Once this is done, the refund time frame is as follows:

• Paypal account refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
• Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days.
