Tecnología de tratamiento de superficie RBM
La superficie RBM es rugosa e hidrofílica.
Este tratamiento de superficie está diseñado para hacer la superficie del implante más rugosa sin dejar partículas residuales incrustadas o residuos en el sustrato tratado.
Para lograr el rugosidad deseada, el implante se somete a un chorreado con partículas endurecidas adecuadas de hidroxiapatita (beta-fosfato tricálcico, alfa Tcp, TTcp y fosfato de calcio (CPP) y luego se disuelve de la superficie con un tratamiento de pasivación definido. Se logra consistentemente una rugosidad de superficie entre Ra 1.2 y 1.5.
El resultado es una superficie del implante más rugosa que el tratamiento de grabado ácido tradicional, lo que proporciona una mayor superficie para la osteointegración, características de retención mejoradas, mayor fijación biológica y maximización del contacto implante-hueso.
El tratamiento de superficie RBM está hecho para mejorar el proceso de curación y el crecimiento de tejidos alrededor del implante, sin preocupaciones de interrupción o desintegración.
