Tecnología de tratamiento de superficie RBM
La superficie RBM es rugosa e hidrofílica.
Este tratamiento de superficie está diseñado para hacer rugosa la superficie del implante sin dejar partículas de granallado incrustadas residuales o residuos en el sustrato tratado.
Para obtener la rugosidad deseada, el implante se granalla con partículas endurecidas adecuadas de hidroxiapatita (beta-fosfato tricálcico, alfa Tcp, TTcp y fosfato cálcico (CPP)) y luego se disuelve posteriormente de la superficie con un tratamiento de pasivación definido.
Se logra consistentemente una rugosidad superficial entre Ra 1.2 - 1.5.
El resultado es una superficie de implante más rugosa que el tratamiento tradicional con grabado ácido, lo que proporciona una mayor superficie para la osteointegración, características de retención mejoradas, mayor fijación biológica y maximiza el contacto entre el implante y el hueso.
La forma del implante está diseñada para un trabajo sencillo y seguro y para mejorar el nivel de osteointegración.
